We are the ones who set ourselves the highest standards. Therefore we manufacture our machining centres almost entirely ourselves. This begins with casting the machine bed and table housing, continues with all the know-how-relevant components and ends with the housing and final assembly. Robust slide and bed units and the rigid design of the machine using a modified gantry or portal approach ensure that our machining centres never flag while supporting your production tasks. This also makes for low maintenance requirements. And when something does need attention, a HERMLE service technician will quickly be there to help.

It goes without saying that our fitters and technicians ensure correct calibration before a machining centre is commissioned. We shall be pleased to repeat the procedure at regular intervals and carry out corresponding travel and straightness measurements. After all, nothing should get in the way of long-term precision.

HERMLE achieves constant, long-term precision by the means of HACS ("HERMLE-Automation-Control-System") and HIMS ("HERMLE-Information-Monitoring-Software"). These software tools enable the control and monitoring of fully automated milling and turning operations – flexibly, mobile and live. An event messenger sends regular information, allowing for hitherto unprecedented operational transparency.
