Senior Sales Director (M/F/D) HERMLE Southeast Asia
We`re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Director (Southeast Asia) based in Thailand to drive growth, inspire teams, and represent HERMLE across the region.
As our Senior Sales Director, you will play a central role in shaping our sales strategy and driving international business development across Southeast Asia, while ensuring excellent service delivery by leading both our sales and service team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement forward-looking sales strategies to expand our presence in Southeast Asia
- Lead, motivate, and empower the sales and service team with a strong focus on accountability, customer orientation, and sustainable growth
- Drive new customer acquisition while building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and alignment with company goals
- Provide regular reports to corporate headquarters and collaborate closely with senior management
- Represent the company towards customers, partners, and authorities in Southeast and globally
Your Profile:
- Degree in business, engineering, or equivalent commercial/technical qualification
- Several years of proven experience in sales and service leadership, ideally in an international environment
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for growth opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Fluent English (business level) is essential; additional languages are a strong advantage
