General Manager Southeast Asia (M/F/D) HERMLE Southeast Asia
We`re looking for an experienced General Manager (Southeast Asia) based in Thailand to drive growth, inspire teams, and represent HERMLE across the region.
As our General Manager, you will play a central role in shaping our sales strategy and driving international business development across Southeast Asia, while ensuring excellent service delivery by leading both our sales and service team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement forward-looking sales strategies to expand our presence in Southeast Asia
- Lead, motivate, and empower the sales and service team with a strong focus on accountability, customer orientation, and sustainable growth
- Drive new customer acquisition while building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and alignment with company goals
- Provide regular reports to corporate headquarters and collaborate closely with senior management
- Represent the company towards customers, partners, and authorities in Southeast and globally
Your Profile:
- Degree in business, engineering, or equivalent commercial/technical qualification
- Several years of proven experience in sales and service leadership, ideally in an international environment
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for growth opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Fluent English (business level) is essential; additional languages are a strong advantage
