Flexible working hours

Most employees work flexible hours. This gives you the opportunity to organise your daily schedule yourself, taking core hours into account. If a task area allows it, working from home is also possible through a home office company agreement. For the good cause

HERMLE employees cycle many kilometres

It is now a matter of honour that the HERMLE bike team "Schneller Span" competes in the annual Black Forest Bike Marathon in Furtwangen to help raise money for the rehabilitation facility for children with cancer at Katharinenhöhe.

Every year, the Hildegard and Katharina Hermle Foundation converts the many kilometres cycled into a donation.

Sites in Germany

HERMLE AG in Gosheim is responsible for the majority of the development and production activities, central service and logistics services as well as commercial and administrative functions for the group of companies. Other domestic companies include the subsidiaries HPV HERMLE Vertriebs GmbH (HPV), HLS HERMLE Systemtechnik GmbH (HLS), which specialises in customised automation solutions, and the development company HERMLE Maschinenbau GmbH (HMG), which focuses on additive manufacturing. The companies which have their headquarters in Germany make up the Domestic company segment.

Ever since our company was founded back in 1938, we have consistently manufactured products in the southern German town of Gosheim.
In Zimmern ob Rottweil, only 20 kilometres away from our headquarters, our machine beds have been produced in mineral casting since 2017 and our sheet metal production department has also been located there since 2020.

International sites

The Foreign sales segment comprises our companies and operating facilities outside Germany. They mainly assume sales and service activities in various regions. Independent Hermle subsidiaries are located in Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Thailand and the USA.

Hermle operating facilities are located in Denmark, Austria, Poland and the Czech Republic. Furthermore, we maintain representative offices in key sales regions, for example in China and Bulgaria, which are organisationally assigned to HERMLE AG.
